Access, Visibility & Control

Dashboard Access & Feature Configuration

The right information. The right people. The right level of control.

Configure dashboards, hierarchy scope, filters, widgets, reports and platform features from one central user-permission workspace.

The new Dashboard Access & Feature Configuration panel gives Team Leaders and System Administrators one place to configure a user's contact information, licence access, organisational scope, dashboards, filters, widgets and reports.

It supports a tailored user experience while strengthening governance: users receive the tools they need, see only the information appropriate to their role, and retain wider read-only visibility only where they are included in the RACI matrix.

Easy Access from the Org Chart

Select the relevant team or staff member in the Org Chart, then click the Permissions icon in the Team Details panel. The full Dashboard Access & Feature Configuration workspace opens in one click.

  1. Select a team or team leader in the Org Chart.
  2. Review the Team Details panel on the right side of the screen.
  3. Click the Permissions icon to open the configuration workspace.

Hot tip

This is the quickest route to configure dashboard access and permissions for the selected team member.

Manage Contact Information in One Place

The same workspace now provides direct access to contact details, licence assignments and password administration. Click Manage Contact beneath the selected user to open the Edit Contact Information panel.

  • Enter and update basic contact information.
  • Assign or change the user's licence type.
  • Enable or remove login access.
  • Assign a password or send a password reset.

Why this matters

People, access, licences and password support are now managed from one central panel—no unnecessary switching between screens.
