Submitting a KPI Update to Your Manager
Using KPI Connect to keep performance data accurate and up to date
If you're reading this, it means you've been asked to contribute to one or more KPIs tracked within Presto PDCA using the new KPI Connect 2-way feedback portal. With KPI Connect, you can easily submit results and supporting context-without needing to learn a new system or access the full dashboard.
When your input is needed, you'll receive an HTML-based email from the Presto platform. This "KPI Update Request" message contains a table listing the KPIs that require your input. For each KPI, you'll see an "Update" button that links you directly to a simple feedback form.
- 1. Enter the updated result (required)
- 2. Add a comment if needed
- 3. Link or attach a file (optional)
Once submitted, your update is routed to your manager for review and acceptance. It's that simple.
This process allows your input to be captured in real time-helping teams maintain reliable, timely performance data.
Step 1:
Receive 'Push-generated' E-mail from Your Manager
- 1. Check your inbox for a system e-mail titled:
" KPI Update Request - Action Required" - 2. Review the list of KPIs where your input is needed
- 3. Click the "Update" button to begin
Step 2:
Access the KPI Connect Feedback Form
- 1. Enter the most recent KPI result (required)
- 2. Add a comment to provide context or clarification (optional)
- 3. Include a file or link if relevant (optional)
- 4. Click the Save Update
